5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, Poised Saint is not responsible for:

• Delays

• Lost items

• Packages marked “delivered”

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery failure and are not eligible for refunds.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because Poised Saint sells personal-use cosmetic products, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

We only offer replacements for:

• Damaged products

• Defective items

• Incorrect orders sent by Poised Saint

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

All pre-orders (including PS: Lip Serum) are non-refundable once placed.

Ship dates are estimates and may adjust slightly based on production or logistics. Any significant changes will be communicated via email.

All branding, logos, packaging designs, product names, photography, videos, text, and digital content are exclusive property of Poised Saint LLC.
