5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Poised Saint is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or orders marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.

6. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of personal-use cosmetic products, all sales are final.

Replacements may be issued only if:

The product arrives damaged
The product is defective
An incorrect item was shipped by Poised Saint

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

All pre-orders are non-refundable once placed. Estimated ship dates may change due to production or logistical factors. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

8. Intellectual Property
