Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• To cancel, please contact us at orders@poisedsaint.com with your order number.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

• Refund requests are accepted for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.

• To request a refund, please contact us at orders@poisedsaint.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
